Expert Nursing
Highly skilled, compassionate nursing care delivered with clinical excellence and heart.
Expert Care. Real Home. Renewed Hope.
A residential home in Westchester County, New York, where adults living with complex medical needs receive skilled nursing care in a place that feels — and is — a true home.
Why We Exist
The Olivia Home for Hope began the way many important things do — not with a business plan, but with love. When a catastrophic medical event changes a life in an instant, families discover a painful truth: our systems offer institutions, and they offer isolation, but they rarely offer a home.
Adults living with brain injuries, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and round-the-clock nursing needs deserve more than a bed in a facility. They deserve morning sunlight. Music. Familiar faces. A room that belongs to them. Care teams who know them as people, not as diagnoses. And the families who fight for them every single day deserve genuine rest, knowing their loved one is safe, seen, and cherished.
We are building that place — a home of clinical excellence and human warmth, where hope is part of the care plan.
Our Core Principles
Highly skilled, compassionate nursing care delivered with clinical excellence and heart.
Meaningful relief for families through a true home environment of comfort and trust.
We embrace innovation rooted in research and evidence to support the best possible outcomes.
Families are our partners. We listen, collaborate, and walk this journey together.
A place where every individual is seen, valued, and treated with dignity — every single day.
The Vision
We envision a small residential home — not a facility — in Westchester County, thoughtfully adapted for adults with complex medical needs, including brain injury, tracheostomy and ventilator care, and enteral nutrition.
Small by design, so every resident is deeply known. Clinically serious, so families never have to choose between safety and warmth. Rooted in the belief, supported by modern neuroscience, that healing continues when people are engaged, comfortable, and loved.
